Terms & Conditions

1. Age Restriction

• The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age at the entrance. Failure to present valid identification may result in denied entry without refund.

2. Ticket Purchase & General Terms

• All tickets are sold online and issued in electronic format only.
• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.
• The Organiser shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
• Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time, and venue stated on the ticket.

3. Ticket Sales Policy

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Any ticket that is resold or transferred without authorisation shall be deemed invalid and may result in denied entry.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any transaction or revoke access in cases of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

4. Dress Code

• All attendees are required to dress appropriately in accordance with the event image, safety requirements, and cultural standards as determined by the Organiser.
• Fashionable or creative attire is welcome, provided it remains respectful, non-offensive, and suitable for the event.
• Attendees must dress according to their respective gender and ensure that their attire is not excessively revealing, inappropriate, or offensive to others. The Organiser reserves the sole discretion to determine what constitutes appropriate attire.
• Prohibited Attire (including but not limited to):

1. Clothing or accessories containing offensive language, symbols, or images;
2. Excessively revealing, transparent, or provocative clothing;
3. Attire resembling event staff, performers, or security personnel;
4. Items posing a safety risk, including heavy chains, sharp accessories, or dangerous props.

• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who fails to comply with the dress code or refuses to follow the instructions of authorised personnel.
• Any attendee denied entry or removed from the event for dress code violations shall have their ticket cancelled without refund, replacement, or compensation.
• Attendees are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the dress code before attending the event.
• The Organiser’s decision regarding dress code enforcement is final and not subject to appeal.

5. Seating, Zones & Access

• Ticket holders may only access the zone or section or seat specified on their ticket.
• Movement between zones is strictly prohibited. Zones will be clearly marked and monitored.
• Once confirmed, seat allocations cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The Organiser reserves the right to reassign or relocate seats if necessary.

6. Admission Policy

• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual who poses a security risk, disrupts the event, violates venue regulations, or behaves in an inappropriate or unlawful manner.
• No refunds or compensation shall be provided in such circumstances.
• Entry to the event constitutes acceptance of all event and venue rules established by the Organiser and/or security personnel.

7. Delay, Postponement & Cancellation

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.
• If the event is postponed, tickets for the original date shall remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise communicated.
• The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, suspend, or cancel the event due to adverse weather, technical issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• No refunds or compensation shall be provided for changes to the artist lineup, performance schedule, or stage layout.
• If any artist is unable to perform due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, the event shall proceed as scheduled without refund.
• The Organiser reserves the right to change, replace, or add artists and to amend the programme, layout, or schedule without prior notice.
• The Organiser may amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.

8. Security, Screening & Entry

• Security checks and bag inspections may be conducted upon entry.
• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: 

1. Outside food and beverages;
2. Alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances;
3. Weapons, fireworks, or sharp objects;
4. Drones, professional cameras, or recording equipment.

• The Organiser reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items or refuse entry to any individual in possession of such items.
• Attendees are solely responsible for their personal safety and belongings.
• The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

9.  Amendments

• The Organiser reserves the right to add, modify, or amend any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Any amendments shall take effect immediately and apply to all ticket holders.

10. Miscellaneous

• Ticket purchasers are solely responsible for reading and understanding all Terms & Conditions before making a purchase.
• The Organiser shall not be responsible for any misunderstanding, negligence, or failure by purchasers to comply with the stated rules.
• Any issues arising from the purchaser’s error or omission shall be the purchaser’s sole responsibility.
• The Organiser reserves the absolute right to issue instructions, directions, or rulings to attendees at any time without providing justification. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
• These measures are implemented to ensure the safety, smooth operation, and successful management of the event.
• All other ticketing, venue, and event entry regulations shall also apply.

11. Doors Open & Close

• For Family Fun Day, door opens at 10:00am and closes at 11:00am.
• For Concert, door opens at 7:00pm and closes at 8:00pm.
• Once a door closes, no entry will be permitted under any circumstances.
• All attendees are required to comply with the guidelines stated above.
